Minnesota State High School League Dance Team Tournament

The 2023 Minnesota State High School League Dance Team Tournament will take place at Target Center in downtown Minneapolis February 17-18.

Teams from Class A, Class AA, and Class AAA schools will participate in the Jazz competition on Friday and the High Kick competition on Saturday.

Friday, February 17 – Jazz*

10:50 a.m.        Doors Open to the Public

11:20 a.m.        Welcome/National Anthem and Introduction of Judges

11:30 a.m.        Qualifying Competition for Class A

11:30 a.m.        Class A Finalists Announced

2:00 p.m.          Qualifying Competion for Class AA and AAA

4:15 p.m.          Class AA Finalists Announced

4:30 p.m.          Class AAA Finalists Announced

5:25 p.m.          National Anthem/Welcome

5:30 p.m.          Class A Finals and Award Presentations

7:15 p.m.          Class AA and AAA Finals and Award Presentations

Saturday, February 18 – High Kick*

Small personal cameras and personal video cameras without tripods are allowed.  Professional media must contact the Minnesota State High School League at 763-560-2262 to receive proper credentials.
