Turkey Day 5K

Warm up your Thanksgiving appetite by burning some calories to kick off the holiday. This family-oriented fitness celebration brings family and friends together to start the day in a healthy way.  The Turkey Day 5k Run is a distance for all ages and fitness levels, followed by a carnival with a variety of games for kids and adults.  There is an Indoor Kids Care available during the event for kids ages 3-8 years old.  Gather your whole flock and come dressed for the park.  Join thousands of runners, joggers and walkers for some lighthearted fun and make the Turkey Day 5k Run part of your family’s holiday tradition.

Event Schedule

6AM- 7:30AM Race day registration and packet pick up (Target Center)

6:30AM- 10AM Family Carnival (Outside Target Center)

7AM- 10AM Kids Care ($5 at Life Time Fitness Target Center)

8AM- 12PM Food and drink specials including Bloody Mary Bar (Cowboy Jack’s)

8AM- 9AM Post race food and hot beverages (Target Center garage)

8AM- 5k Wave 1 start

8:05AM- 5k Wave 2 start

8:10AM- 5k Wave 3 start

8:15AM – 5k Wave 4 start
