The Minnesota Timberwolves' 2024-25 concession and premium menus at Target Center will introduce fans to several new food options, including brand new stands Loon Lake Cantina and Pizzeria Lola along with traditional fan favorites throughout the concourse.

For the past five seasons, Chef Fhima and Levy Restaurants have pioneered a new food and beverage experience. Focused on a chef-driven approach, working with area BIPOC chefs and vendors and sourcing local ingredients, Chef Fhima and Levy have elevated the fan experience serving restaurant-quality food and beverage offerings.

What's New

  • Loon Lake Cantina (Section 133)
    • Birria Torta: Flavor-packed Birria beef with grilled fajita veggies and Oaxaca cheese on a Cuban roll
    • Macho Taco: Ground beef with shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, nacho cheese, lime crema, guacamole, and salsa
  • Pizzeria Lola (Section 111)
    • Classic Garlic Knots: Garlic and parmesan knots with house marinara
    • Dill Pickle Knots: Pickle seasoning with whipped pickle dip
    • Cinnamon & Sugar Knots: Cinnamon sugar knots with brown butter cream cheese dip

Fan Favorites

  • Soul Bowl (Section 106): the local favorite’s signature Klassic Caribe Bowl includes coconut rice and beans, sweet fried plantain and spicy jerk chicken.
  • Fhima’s (Section 126): signature Spicy Chicken Lollipops and Wagyu Burger Sliders on brioche.  
  • Parlour Burger (Section 113): famous double burger from North Loop’s Borough and Parlour with Swiss American cheese on a brioche bun.

New Beverage Options

  • Gallo Wine (Section 138): a new offering this season will include Gallo’s wine by the glass and upgraded wine list.
  • Stilly (Section 102): “It’s not a seltzer!” The new premium distilled cocktail in-a-can company was born in Stillwater, Minn. and is available in Partymaker+ (Cranberry/Lime); Vibe Machine (Grapefruit); and The Fuzz (Peach) varieties.
